September A new Fork In The Road

07:40 Weighed 276.4 The beginning of my first load day.
07:45 Took my injection of HcG

I will not be logging my food for today or Monday since these are load days and I am to eat all the food that I can hold. I don't do that, but I just eat what I want when I want since that all goes away on Tuesday when I start my 500 calorie diet along with my injections.

Did stop at IHOP after the family viewing at the funeral home and I had the Breakfast Sampler which is a lot of food.

07:50 Hit the bathroom. Had a bm. Going to record bms since I was so constipated on the first round of shots. Had three bms for the day. That is what I do in 10 days normally!

Will not be logging my diet today since funeral food is fattening. This is the last day of  my loading.
Had to pig out on 5 pieces of Churchs Fried Chicken to end my day after a the funeral and a long and tiring day.

Had an appt at 09:45 so no time for breakfast. Ran out the door and busy until 12:00. Was getting sick since I took my pills with no food on my stomach so I stopped at Sams Club and brought a box of GNC Total Lean protein bars and sat down and ate one for 160 calories, then did my grocery shopping. Still running and got home just in time for dinner. Drank about 3 32 oz diet Cokes while waiting on Steves hearing test.
 6:15 Chicken 3 oz 93 cal and Cucumbers 5 1/2 oz 17 cal for 110 calories. Total for day 270 calories.
Exercise was walking 1 1/2 mile.

07:05 Put on a pot of coffee and finally got a little me time since everything is getting back to the routine after the funeral. Took the best shower and washed my hair which needed it bad and now with my towel wrapped around me I am going to sit here and enjoy a cup of coffee.
07:35 Breakfast is a cup  of coffee and took my pills.

I noticed that about 09:30 I was getting nauseated from my pills so I had to eat something so I ate 1/2 of a GNC Total Lean protein bar which is 80 calories. The nausea immediately left.

 2:30 Lunch 3 oz Baked Chicken 93 cal and 5 1/2 oz of cucumbers 17 cal for 110 calories total 190 calories

I realize afterwards that some of this is not allowed on the diet :( I expect a stall for a few days as I get back to re-reading the manual and getting back on course.

Not having my computer today makes the entries harder, but I do know that I got dizzy working in the barn so I came in around 10 am and had 9 ounces of Strawberries 81 calories and a glass of ice water.
We then cleaned up and went to the movies. I only had a cup of water during the show, but talked my boyfriend into not eating or drinking at the movie. I explained that you are not hungry but eat out of habit at the movies or when watching tv and you save a boat load of money at the movie prices! lol
5:00 Had dinner of Chicken only had 2 oz left (62 cal) and 3 oz of cucumbers (9) total 152 calories.
I have been just too busy to eat. Not hungry. To busy to think about food.

I did not weigh today since I was told at the last minute to pack a bag we were going out to dinner and out of town Friday night.
My nerves were shot as to how I was going to eat outside of my home and how was I going to get any exercise in.

We got to his brothers and he had smoked pork, pork n beans, potato salad, bread and butter for the dinner. I ate two pork ribs with no sauce. Just the meat for dinner with a glass of water. I had had my 6 oz of chicken at lunch and was scared that this pork was going to throw me off.

This morning at the hotel we went to the buffet and I had a Spinach, mushroom and bell pepper white egg omelet made for me and I got weak and ate some bacon with a glass of grapefruit juice and a cup of coffee.

I have been in the bathroom most the day with the runs. But now I want to eat everything in sight. I had two handfuls of cashews and am writing this now to keep me from eating.

The crazy thing is I just know that my weight is going to shoot way up when I weigh in the morning and it is making me sick for getting OP.

Normally when I was not dieting I ate much more than this an could hold my weight, but now I am worried about the scale being higher and I shouldn't be because I just get back on track in the morning. So why am I freaking?Anyone else ever get this anxious over their weight? I am scared to step on the scale in the morning. But I will.

Steve's grand kids came over and they went fishing while I stayed in the house because of my back.
I accidentally ended up taking a double dose of my diet pills and was so wired I thought that I was going to die! I was worthless the rest of the day. Thank goodness it didn't hit me until after the kids had left. I never ate any food all day and tried so suck down some Gatoraid to help with the electrolytes. I couldn't do anything. I have thrown out the pills!

August: As I struggle on this Journey

This journey has finally hit a hard spot in the road.
While I was taking the injections I was NEVER hungry and the weight fell off with absolutely no effort.
But now that I am on Maintenance I am having major problems.
I can eat more but I don't want it. I still have no desire to exercise yet I need to and I really have to watch the carbs now.
I am NOT losing weight. I am gaining weight! I am watching closely, but I have no desire to exercise. I know it would help start getting the weight off.
I am keeping within my calories and gaining so I have to assume that it is the lack of exercise and the carbs that are fighting me.

I go on vacation August 16th through August 24th and I plan to enjoy my vacation and eat. BUT eat sensible. I will be in Oregon so I am looking forward to some good seafood and that of course is something allowed on my diet :)
I also am planning on trying to do two 5k walks while there also.

So I had 459 calories not counting a normal size portion for dinner and filling up mostly on salad.
