August: As I struggle on this Journey

This journey has finally hit a hard spot in the road.
While I was taking the injections I was NEVER hungry and the weight fell off with absolutely no effort.
But now that I am on Maintenance I am having major problems.
I can eat more but I don't want it. I still have no desire to exercise yet I need to and I really have to watch the carbs now.
I am NOT losing weight. I am gaining weight! I am watching closely, but I have no desire to exercise. I know it would help start getting the weight off.
I am keeping within my calories and gaining so I have to assume that it is the lack of exercise and the carbs that are fighting me.

I go on vacation August 16th through August 24th and I plan to enjoy my vacation and eat. BUT eat sensible. I will be in Oregon so I am looking forward to some good seafood and that of course is something allowed on my diet :)
I also am planning on trying to do two 5k walks while there also.

07:08 Weighed 274.2 Finally and what a surprise! Never thought this would happen after eating Chinese food! But I did push mow and worked up a sweat :)

09:45 GNC Total Lean Lean Bar 180 calories 11carbs
3:00 Premier Protein Shake 160 calories 2 carbs total 340 calories and 13 carbs.
 7:30 Company over for dinner. Hamburger patty grilled, 1/4 cup cole slaw, 12 potato chips, 1/2 cup cucumber and onions pickled with no calorie sugar. 2 glasses of wine. 1/2 cup dump cake with lite Cool Whip.

Washed the farm equipment with the power sprayer. Swept the barn. Sorted through three boxes.
 5:00 Premier Protein Shake 160 calories 2 carbs total 330 calories and 13 carbs.
 7:00 8 Pretzels bites with peanut butter
 9:15 Leftover General Tso Chicken ¼ cup and ¼ cup Ham Fried rice
10:30 Dove chocolate covered cranberries 200 calories and 4 chocolate covered almonds!

Day 56  Sunday, August 03rd, 2014


07:30 Woke Up
07:33 Urinated. Small BM. Decided to keep track of BMs also since I always feel constipated and don’t think that I go enough. So by recording this hopefully it will tell.
07:48 Weighed 275.4 Same weight! I’ll take it.
09:45 GNC Total Lean Bar chocolate chip 170 calories 11 carbs. Coffee 8 oz. Banana 4 oz 100 calories 23 carbs. Total 270 calories 34 carbs.
8:30 Ate 3 bites of ham while cooking dinner which I did not eat

 1:20 Chicken 1 ½ oz Cucumber and onions 2 oz
 7:30 Zucchini Enchildas and they were great!!!

I got me a fitbit bracelet and have been keeping track over at www.fitbit.com under the name of Kay C.
My food logs will be there until I start my second round of injections.

Day 85  Monday, September 01st, 2014


I am waiting a full 2 months before starting the injections since the doctor said that I would get the best benefits by waiting 2 months before starting the injections again.

THIS IS THE END OF MY SIX WEEK MAINTENANCE PORTION OF THE HCG DIET.... 

Day 86  Tuesday, September 02nd, 2014

I struggled through maintenance and gained a total of 3 lbs over the last 2 months. I will now start my injections on September 14th.
