July My Journey Continues Another Month

My goal for July is going to be 15 lbs again. This is going to be hard since the weight loss has slowed down drastically. I will have to pick up my exercise drastically I guess (sigh) I hate exercise!

during the 3 hour drive stopped at convenience store and got a 32 oz diet dr pepper with a shot of cherry.
3:00 out to early dinner ate Pork tenderlion sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions along with onion rings and Crystal Light.
8:00 Went to VFW in which I had two amaretto sours with grenadine. Then I was brought an old fashion chocolate shake with whipped cream and two cherries. I only drank half of the shake and threw away the rest.

8:00 We needed to go grocery shopping and were too tired so we so stopped and got Chinese. Had Pineapple fried rice and Generals Tso chicken.

So I had 459 calories not counting a normal size portion for dinner and filling up mostly on salad.

  1. Exercising on starvation level calories is a BAD idea, especially with limited fluid intake. It definitely goes against the original Hcg protocol.

    You are seriously jeopardizing your health. Will a stroke or heart attack be worth it? This. Is. Not. Safe!!!

    I wish to state that I only exercise on occasion and I have been very laxed at it. I only do a 15 minute slow video that is for people over 300 lbs or I do 20-30 minutes on a recumbent bike. I also wish to say that I am under a doctors supervision with blood work to make sure that I am not causing any undue damage. Even Dr. Oz has changed his opinion on this diet, but most people only see the bad and never see when they change their minds after further research.
