Monday May 5th, 2014

Tonight I eat. BF getting mad that I don't eat with him

So no calorie count. But am eating Roast Beef, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. 
Will limit my intake though.

On the way home from yet another shopping trip, my BF stopped and brought
us both a chocolate dip ice cream cone!

3 slices of pizza, chicken, artichoke and spinach on thin crust.
10 Dove dark chocolate dipped in dried cranberries. Got to quit those!

Off track and fed up but back on track as of Thursday May 15th, 2014

Thursday May 15th, 2014

    I will no longer be stressing over numbers of calories and what not. Just watching portions
    and writing down whatever goes into my mouth.
                                                                  
Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup 2% milk. Glass of ice water.


Lunch: Sitting in casino all day so had a protein bar as I sat at the slot machine.


Dinner: Late night leaving the casino  so I grabbed a Shrimp PoBoy sandwich and a bag of Cheetos.

Friday May 16th, 2014

Breakfast: Bowl of Rice Krispies with milk, orange, cookie, cup of coffee.

Lunch: Snickers Bar, apple and a bottle of water

Dinner: One pork chop with rice in a mushroom gravy, corn on the cob, slice of bread and butter, 2 glasses of wine.

Saturday May 17th, 2014

Breakfast: I had two small pancakes with glazed strawberries and whipped cream, 2 apple sausage links and two scrambled eggs with a glass of ice water.

Lunch: Was skipped since we had such a late breakfast and had too much yard work to get done.

Dinner: I had 1/2 of a KC Strip steak, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and a glass of wine.

Sunday May 18th, 2014

Breakfast: Blueberry waffle and glass of ice water.

Lunch: Handful of cashews and ice water

Dinner: Pad Thai Chicken and Thai Fried Rice with Chicken, Beef and Pineapple, Strawberry Shortcake
Two glasses of wine.

Monday May 19th, 2014

Breakfast: Honey Nuts and Oats with Almonds, milk, blueberries and glass of ice water

Lunch: A protein bar since I was working all day.

Snack: Diet Cherry Dr Pepper and one chocolate chip cookie

Dinner: Roasted chicken, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes and a nice white wine. 2 bottles worth!!!

Tuesday May 20th, 2014

Breakfast: Protein Shake

Lunch: None

Dinner: Chicken enchilada, spanish rice, tortilla chips, con queso dip, glass of wine.

Snack: 2 Chocolate chocolate chip cookies and a Diet Cherry Dr Pepper

Wednesday May 21st, 2014

Breakfast: Cereal, 2% milk, 1/2 banana and glass of ice water

Lunch: Bad day. Didn't take my meds and ate like a pig.  Cashews, chocolate covered cranberries, ham and cheese sandwich.

Dinner: Same as Tuesday. Raspberry ice cream from Weight Watchers

MY DAILY FOOD DAIRY IS NOW UNTIL MY DAILY RANTS!!!!!!
